We operate a no returns, no refunds policy. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the stock descriptions, images, and pallet details before completing a purchase. Any questions or clarifications should be raised prior to making payment.

Collection: Local collection is available by arrangement.
Delivery: Delivery can be arranged across the UK upon request. Delivery costs, risks, and logistics are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Transit Liability: K2’s Pallet Deals is not responsible for loss or damage to goods during transit when delivery is arranged by the buyer.
If you require services such as product testing, pallet checks, or eligibility for swaps, these must be arranged in advance and are only available to VIP buyers. Swap policies apply only when clearly stated on a specific pallet listing.
K2’s Pallet Deals shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Business interruption.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, resale, or handling of purchased goods.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
